3.                G&G paste(20gm) 

4.                Chopped Green chili(5gm) 

5.                Cumin powder(10gm) 

6.                Turmeric powder(5gm) 

7.                Coriander powder(10gm) 

8.                Mixed gram masala(10gm) 

9.                Mustard oil(60ml) 

10.             Clove, cinnamon, bay leaf(2-4piece) 

11.             Salt(pinch) 

12.             Coriander leaf(garnish) 



Khasi ko masu


Method of cooking

1) Clean mutton, cut into even sized dices. Combine with little mustard oil, turmeric, cumin, chili, coriander powder salt in a bowl keep a side for marinating. 

2) Heat remaining oil in thick bottomed pan, add cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf and fry for few seconds. 

3) Add onion, fry to light brown, transfer the marinated mutton to the pan, and stir well, shallow fry to brown. 

 

 

4) Add garlic, ginger, and mix well, add little water cover with lid and cook in slow heat until cooked. 

5) Add water to moisten if required. Sprinkle garam masala powder corrects the seasoning, stir. 

Garnish with coriander leaf. 

Now your recipe was ready to eat with rice or other.

1.                  Chicken(1kg) 

2.                  Oil (100ml) 

3.                  Onion(200gm) 

4.                  Ginger, garlic paste(1/1 tsp) 

5.                  Turmeric(1tsp) 

6.                  Chilly(1tsp) 

7.                  Cumin, coriander seed (1tsp) 

8.                  Clove, G. Cardamom, bay leaf

9.                  Tomato puree(2tbs) 

10.                Salt(to taste) 

11.                Tomato, capsicum, coriander(garnish)



Chicken do pyaza

Cooking method

1) Skiniess the chicken, remove necks, wings and cut into pieces. 

2) Sprinkle some salt, blanch, in hot oil, keep a slide. 

3) Slice 100 grams of onion,  heat oil, fry until golden brown. 

4) Add whole garam masala, powder masala, ginger & garlic paste, tomato puree, & some water, allow to simmer until the oil content floats on the surface. 

5) Add pieces of chicken, season, and cover with lid, simmer until the chicken is cooked. 

6) Dicea remaining onion, capsicum and tomatoes, saute with little oil, season. 

7) Clean the coriander leaves and chop. 

8) Correct the seasoning, pour over curry dish, sprinkle garnishes and serve with rice or roti.

1) Wash and dice tomato. 

2) Chop ginger, garlic and green chilli. 

3) Heat pot with oil add tomato sauté well add chop ginger, garlic, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, cardamon and clove, bay leaf

4) Add 1 liters water

5) Simmer for 15 minutes. 

6) Blend mixture or strain well. 

7) Heat oil in pan, add cumin seed wait until it cracks. 

8) Now add strained tomato add season well

9) Bring to boil for few minutes.

I want to show you how to make the easiest peach tart ever. 

(Sweet paste baked and filled with peach filling) 

Peach tart made with peaches, gelatin or other ingredients. This peach tart recipe is so easy. 


First you need some ingredients as followed. It is devided into two step:


Step 1; For sweet paste. 


S. N.            Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                  Flour(300gm) 

2.                  Butter(200gm) 

3.                  Sugar(100gm) 

4.                  Egg(1pc) 

5.                  Vanilla(Drops) 



Cooking Method

1) Mix butter and sugar till being sugar dissolve. 

2) Add beaten egg and whisk. 

3) Gradually incorporate the flour and butter and lightly mix to a smooth paste. 

Allow rest before using. 


Peach tart

Step 2; For peach filling:


S. N.         Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                Peach can(200gm) 

2.                Fresh cream(250ml) 

3.                Gelatin(20gm) 

4.                Sugar(50gm) 



Cooking method:

1) Whip cream and sugar together. 

2) Blend peacd into a blender. 

3) Melt gelatin in luck warm water. Mix with peach, whipped cream and gelatin together. 

4) Fill in the tart case and let it set for half an hour. Slice of peach can be added on top. 




White Forest Cake


White Forest Cake:

White forest cake is baked plain without adding cocoa powder so it is white in color. It is made by layers of chocolate cake soaked in some kind of cherry based syrup layered with rich whipped cream and delicious cherries.

5.                    Rum(100ml) 



Cooking Method:

1) Cut the sponge into layers. 

2) Place the sponge in cake rim sprinkle sugar syrup and rum. 

3) Whip the cream and put over the cake and place cherry. 

4) Cover with another sponge smear cream on the top.  Piping according to choice. Garnish with cherry and grated white chocolate.

Sponge:


S. N.               Ingredients 

1.                     Eggs(400gm) 

2.                     Sugar(225gm) 

3.                     Flour(175gm) 

4.                     Cocoa powder(50gm) 




Cooking Method:


1) Break eggs into a bowl add sugar whisk till being floppy. 

2) Mix slowly flour and cocoa powder make smooth paste. 

3) Put the mixture into greased mould and bake 180°c for 20 minute.

Saute is way to pan-fry vegetables using a small amount of fat.

Method of Cooking

1) Wash peel and cut all the vegetables in to paysenne. Chop onion, garlic. 

2) Heat oil on a pan add onion, garlic, celery saute for a minute, add potato beans, capsicum, carrot, add stock bring to boil. 

3) Add broken spaghetti, tomato, tomato puree salt and pepper, and cabbage. 

4) Cook till done. Garnish with parsley and bread croutons, serve parmesan on side.

Chicken a'la kiev(poulet a la kiev) 


A Russian chef invented Chicken Kiev in the early 1800s. Kiev is the capital of Ukraine but Chicken Kiev did not get its name from there. Chicken Kiev got its name when it was marketed for Russian restaurants in Europe and America


First you need some ingredients as followed to make Chicken a'la kiev.

1.                Chicken breast(800gm) 

2.                Egg(1nos) 

3.                Salt/pepper(To taste) 

4.                Bread crumb(200gm) 

5.                Onion(50gm) 

6.                Parsley(20gm)

Method of Cooking

1) Clean chicken breast slit in between and make flat. 

2) Prepare parsley butter and fill in to the breast and seal the edge. 

3) Deep chicken in to beaten egg and roll in bread crumb. Give rest minimum 30 minutes. 

4) Heat oil on a pan deep fry chicken till crisp golden color. 

5) Serve with mashed potato and saute legumes.

Cooking method of Ratatouille And Apple pie


Ratatouille

Ratatouille is a well-known vegetable stew hailing from Provence, a region in France famous for the bounty of its produce.

Here we are going to make ratatouille dishe 

Frist you need some ingredients as followed

1.                 Egg plant            100gm

2.                 Zucchini             100gm

3.                 Bell pepper        100gm

4.                 Tomato               100gm

5.                 Garlic                   5gm

6.                  Basil leaf            5 leafs

7                  Olive oil               20ml

8.                 Salt/pepper         To taste

Method of cooking

1) Chop onion, garlic, and cut all the vegetables in to dice. 

2)Heat oil on a pan add onion garlic and add all the vegetables cook till done. 

3) Add basil leaf and seasoning.

First you need some ingredients as followed

1).            Flour                          300gm

2).            Butter                         200gm

3).            Sugar                          100gm

4)             Egg                               1pc



Method of cooking

1) Take a bowl put butter and sugar whisk continuously till sugar melt. 

2) Add egg and whisk, add flour slowly make a soft paste. 

3) Give rest to paste, roll and put into pastry mould. Put filling and bake it.

First you need some ingredients as followed

6.                  Breadcrumb.                50gm

8.                  Icing sugar.                   10gm

9.                  Strawberry.                   20gm

Method of cooking

1) Peel apple and cut in to dice. 

2) Take a lemon make juice and zest. 

3) Take a bowl and put dice apple, sugar, raisin, lemon jus and zest, cinnamon powder, bread crumb, kukri rum and mix well. 

4) Put the mixture in to pie and cover on top, egg wash and bake in pre-heated oven at 200°c for 30minutes. 

5) Unmould garnish with icing sugar and strawberry.
