Peach Tart (Tarte aux peaches) :
I want to show you how to make the easiest peach tart ever.
(Sweet paste baked and filled with peach filling)
Peach tart made with peaches, gelatin or other ingredients. This peach tart recipe is so easy.
First you need some ingredients as followed. It is devided into two step:
Step 1; For sweet paste.
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1. Flour(300gm)
2. Butter(200gm)
3. Sugar(100gm)
4. Egg(1pc)
5. Vanilla(Drops)
Cooking Method
1) Mix butter and sugar till being sugar dissolve.
2) Add beaten egg and whisk.
3) Gradually incorporate the flour and butter and lightly mix to a smooth paste.
Allow rest before using.

Step 2; For peach filling:
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1. Peach can(200gm)
2. Fresh cream(250ml)
3. Gelatin(20gm)
4. Sugar(50gm)
Cooking method:
1) Whip cream and sugar together.
2) Blend peacd into a blender.
3) Melt gelatin in luck warm water. Mix with peach, whipped cream and gelatin together.
4) Fill in the tart case and let it set for half an hour. Slice of peach can be added on top.

White Forest Cake:
White forest cake is baked plain without adding cocoa powder so it is white in color. It is made by layers of chocolate cake soaked in some kind of cherry based syrup layered with rich whipped cream and delicious cherries.
(White sponge filled with cream and cherry, finished with cream, white chocolate and cherry)

1. Egg(400gm)
2. Sugar(225gm)
3. Flour(175gm)
4. Vanilla essence(pinch)
Cooking Method
1) Take a bowl put egg, sugar and whisk till being foam.
2) Mix vanilla, add flour slowly and mix well.
3) Put in greased mould and bake @ 180°c for 20 minutes.

Step 2; Filling:
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1). Rich cream(400ml)
2. Can cherry(200gm)
3. Sugar(200gm)
4. White chocolate(150gm)
5. Rum(100ml)
Cooking Method:
1) Cut the sponge into layers.
2) Place the sponge in cake rim sprinkle sugar syrup and rum.
3) Whip the cream and put over the cake and place cherry.
4) Cover with another sponge smear cream on the top. Piping according to choice. Garnish with cherry and grated white chocolate.
