Fish and chips

First you need some ingredients than you make this dishes. 

S. N.              Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                    Boneless fish fillet (800gm) 

2.                    Flour (200gm) 

3.                    Corn flour (50gm) 

4.                    Egg (1nos) 

5.                    Baking powder (1tsp)

6.                    Chili powder (pinch) 

7.                    Salt/pepper (to taste) 

8.                    Oil (250ml) 

9.                    Potato(500gm)  


Cooking method or recipe 

1) Prepare and cut boneless fish slices. 

2) Take a bowl pour flour, salt, chili powder, pepper, baking powder. 

3) Add water and egg and mix well to make batter. 

4) Heat oil on a pan. Deep the fish into the batter and deep fry till crisp golden brown. 

5) Peel and cut potato into finger shape. 

6) Heat oil on a pan deep fry till crisp golden color. 



Fish and chips

Tartare sauce(sauce tartare) :

S. N.        Ingredients/Quantity 

1.              Mayonnaise (200ml) 

2.              Gherkin (25ml) 

3.              Capers (10gm) 

4.              Parsley (5gm) 

5.              Lemon juice (5ml) 

6.              Salt/pepper (pinch) 



Cooking Method or Recipe

1) Chop gherkin, capers, chop parsley and wash drain and keep dry. 

2) Prepare lemon juice, combine all the ingredients add lemon juice, salt and pepper. 



coleslaw

Coleslaw refers to  known as cole shaw or simply slaw. Coleslaw originates from the Dutch expression koosle, which means "cabbage salad" have been found and used in america from early us 1770.


Meaning of Coleslaw

A salad of shredded raw cabbage and sometimes shredded carrots, dressed with mayonnaise.

1.                  Cabbage (200gm) 

2.                  Carrot (50gm) 

3.                  Onion (20gm) 

4.                  Mayonnaise (60ml)

8.                  Sugar (1 tsp) 



Cooking Method

1) Cut cabbage, carrot, onion into chiffonnade. 

2) Take a bowl and put all the vegetable, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, sugar mix nicely and serve in the lettuce bed as accompaniment.

1.                 Oil(20ml) 

2.                 Onion(50m) 

3.                 Garlic(5gm) 

4.                 Celery(10gm) 

5.                 Carrot(50gm) 

6.                 Tomato(200gm) 

7.                 Tomato puree(50ml) 

8.                 Minced beef(50ml) 

9.                 Rosemary(5gm) 

10.               Salt/pepper(to taste) 

11.               Spaghetti(400gm) 

12.               Butter(20gm) 

13.               Red wine(50ml) 

14.               Parmesan grated(50gm) 




Spaghetti bolognese


Cooking Method Or Recipe

1) Chop onion, garlic, celery, carrot. 

2) Heat oil on a sauce pan. 

3) Add onion, garlic, celery, carrot. And sauté for a minute add minced beef, rosemary and cook for 10 minutes. 

4) Add tomato, tomato puree, salt, pepper cook till done. 

5) Boil spaghetti and drain and keep on side. 

6) Heat butter on a pan sauté spaghetti put on a plate add bolognese sauce on top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese, garnish with parsley and Your dish is ready to eat.

Cooking Method Of Mashed Potato & Sauté Vegetable

Mashed potato(pommes dusse) 


Mashed potato is a dish made by mashing boiled potatoes, usually with added milk, butter, salt and pepper. 

First you need some ingredients 

S. N.           Ingredients 

1.                  Potatos(500gm) 

2.                  Butter(25gm) 

3.                  Milk(20ml) 

4.                  Salt/pepper(to taste) 




Mashed Potato


Cooking Method

1) Wash peel and cut potato in to dice. 

2) Boil potato in to a pan till done. 

3) Drain and pass through a sieve. 

4) Mix with warm milk, butter, salt, pepper. Mix nicely and serve. 


Sauté Vegetable

Sauté vegetables(sauté de legumes) :

Saute is way to pan-fry vegetables using a small amount of fat. 


First you need some ingredients as followed

S. N.         Ingredients 

1.                Carrot(100gm) 

2.                Beans(100gm) 

3.                Cauliflower(100gm) 

4.                Butter(20gm) 

5.                Salt/pepper(to taste) 


Cooking Method

1) Wash peel and cut carrot in to batons. 

2) Cut beans and cauliflower into even shape. 

3) Boil in a sauce pan for few minutes. 

4) Drain and refresh in cold water. 

5) Heat butter in a pan add vegetables and saute for a minute add seasoning.

2.           Carrot(60gm) 

3.           Celery(40gm) 

4.           Garlic(5gm) 

5.           Potato(100gm) 

6.           Tomato puree(50ml) 

7.           Chopped tomato(200gm) 

8.           Peas(50gm) 

9.           Spaghetti(140gm) 

10.         Cabbage(100gm) 

11.         Beans(100gm) 

12.         Capsicum(60gm) 

13.         Bread, croutons(4slice) 

14.         Salt/pepper(to taste) 

15.          Vegetable stock(1500ml)

Method of Cooking

1) Wash peel and cut all the vegetables in to paysenne. Chop onion, garlic. 

2) Heat oil on a pan add onion, garlic, celery saute for a minute, add potato beans, capsicum, carrot, add stock bring to boil. 

3) Add broken spaghetti, tomato, tomato puree salt and pepper, and cabbage. 

4) Cook till done. Garnish with parsley and bread croutons, serve parmesan on side.

A Russian chef invented Chicken Kiev in the early 1800s. Kiev is the capital of Ukraine but Chicken Kiev did not get its name from there. Chicken Kiev got its name when it was marketed for Russian restaurants in Europe and America

2) Prepare parsley butter and fill in to the breast and seal the edge. 

3) Deep chicken in to beaten egg and roll in bread crumb. Give rest minimum 30 minutes. 

4) Heat oil on a pan deep fry chicken till crisp golden color. 

5) Serve with mashed potato and saute legumes.

1) Take a bowl put butter and sugar whisk continuously till sugar melt. 

2) Add egg and whisk, add flour slowly make a soft paste. 

3) Give rest to paste, roll and put into pastry mould. Put filling and bake it.

Method of cooking

1) Peel apple and cut in to dice. 

2) Take a lemon make juice and zest. 

3) Take a bowl and put dice apple, sugar, raisin, lemon jus and zest, cinnamon powder, bread crumb, kukri rum and mix well. 

4) Put the mixture in to pie and cover on top, egg wash and bake in pre-heated oven at 200°c for 30minutes. 

5) Unmould garnish with icing sugar and strawberry.

9.       Red wine                        300ml

Chicken in red wine


Method Of Cooking

1) Cut the chicken as for saute size. 

2) Marinade chicken with oil, garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, salt and pepper. 

3) Heat oil on a frying pan add the chicken and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown transfer to a plate. 

4) Add mushroom, onion, celery on the same pan fry it until brown. 

5) Return chicken to the pan add stock simmer for 20-25 minute, add red wine, tomato puree, corn flour cook till done. 

and then your dishes is ready

Buttered Rice(Buree Riz) 


First you need some ingredients as followed.

1.         Rice long grain        400gm

2.         Butter                         40gm

3.         Salt                               5gm


Method Of Cooking 


1) Boil the rice in a large pan each grain of rice should be separate 

2) Strain on a colander and keep on side. 

3) Heat butter on a pan add rice and salt cook for one minute and serve hot.
