Khasi ko masu one of the favorite nepali food. This food eat or serve with rice in website nepal. many years ago they eat this food only in festival like dashian, tihar or other but nowdays they eat regularly. Khasi ko masu is very yummy and wonderful to eat. Khasi ko masu also called mutton fry or gravy. Khasi ko masu more expensive comparison to chicken meat. Khasi ko masu more hard then chicken but this khasi ko masu more yummy then chicken. 


If you are interested to make this recipe you need some ingredients as followed:

S. N.          Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                Khasi ko masu(1kg) 

2.                Chopped onion(100gm) 

3.                G&G paste(20gm) 

4.                Chopped Green chili(5gm) 

5.                Cumin powder(10gm) 

6.                Turmeric powder(5gm) 

7.                Coriander powder(10gm) 

8.                Mixed gram masala(10gm) 

9.                Mustard oil(60ml) 

10.             Clove, cinnamon, bay leaf(2-4piece) 

11.             Salt(pinch) 

12.             Coriander leaf(garnish)

Method of cooking

1) Clean mutton, cut into even sized dices. Combine with little mustard oil, turmeric, cumin, chili, coriander powder salt in a bowl keep a side for marinating. 

2) Heat remaining oil in thick bottomed pan, add cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf and fry for few seconds. 

3) Add onion, fry to light brown, transfer the marinated mutton to the pan, and stir well, shallow fry to brown. 

 

 

4) Add garlic, ginger, and mix well, add little water cover with lid and cook in slow heat until cooked. 

5) Add water to moisten if required. Sprinkle garam masala powder corrects the seasoning, stir. 

Garnish with coriander leaf. 

Now your recipe was ready to eat with rice or other.

Gundruk ko jhol is the one of the popular food in nepal. Gundruk ko jhol is made from nepal in hilli place. In hilli place people are most eat this food. Gundruk is national food for nepal. Every know this food in nepal because this food or dishes like more in nepal. People love this food. 


Most of the people eat this daily basis. Gundruk ko jhol is like appetizer but people in nepal eat with rice or roti mean chapati. In nepal every house mother are made this recipe beacuse it easy to make this recipe.

First of all you need some ingredients. 

S. N.             Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                   Gundruk(50gm) 

2.                    Oil(20ml) 

3.                    Green garlic(1 sprig) 

4.                    Chilli(3gm) 

5.                   Sumin powder(2gm) 

6.                   Salt(to taste) 

7.                    Water(1/2 ltrs) 


Know you ready to cook this indredients. 

Step by step

1) Soak Gundruk in water and drain water, cut into small pieces. 

2) Heat oil, add gundruk, chilli, cumin and sauté. 

3) Add chopped garlic. 

4) Add water, and cook for few minutes.

How to make buff choila | Buff choila recipe


Buff choila 

Buff choila is a non veg food eaten in nepal. It origin in nepal by newari community. Choila is a spacialy newari food. It is the most popular food in nepal. Today i teach you how to make choila at home.

(Buff meat chunks roasted over open fire and turned in spicy starter) 

Let's get start:


First you need some ingredients as followed:

S. N.             Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                    Buff(500gm) 

2.                    Green chilli(30gm) 

3.                    Coriader leaf(30gm) 

4.                    Garlic(15gm) 

5.                    Oil(40ml) 

6.                    Salt(to taste) 

7.                    Chilly powder(50gm) 

8.                    Tumeric(10gm) 

9.                    Fenugreek seed(5gm) 



Cooking method of buff choila

1) Wash the buff and cut into 1/2 inch chop. 

2) Chop green chilli, coriander, slice garlic. 

3) Seal buff on hot pan. 

4) Remove from heat and cut into dice. 

5) In bowl mix marinade meat with chilli, garlic, salt and mix well. 

6) Crackle fenugreek seed in pan, add turmeric and mix well in meat mix. 

7) choyla us ready, garnish with coriander leaf.
