Let's get start :
First you need some ingredients to make this dishes:
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1. Fish, cut in chunks(400gm)
2. Rice(50gm)
3. Red chilies(3-5)
4. Grated coconut(100gm)
5. Ginger(10gm)
6. Garlic(10gm)
7. Onions(100gm)
8. Peppercorns(8-10)
9. Vinegar(50ml)
10. Cream of coconut(50ml)
11. Oil for tempering(30ml)
12. Mustard seeds(1/4tsp)
13. Red chilies, broken(2)

Cooking method /Recipe
1) Clean and keep fish ready(can marinated with vinegar, salt and chilli powder)
2) Grind an keep paste for 5-6 hour to ferment
3) Simply put this paste to cook with water to desired consustency. (Fish stock can be used)
4) Cook for 15-20 minute, add fish cook further for 10 minutes.
5) Temper with mustard seeds and chili.
