This tomato sorba is a one of the popular indian dishes. It origin from india. This tomato made from different ingredients. This tomato sorba is one of the simplest sorba or soup you can ever make and because it has these nice wonderful warming properties this winter you must make it for family.
Today i'm wanna talk to make a nice warming hot and piping tomato sorba. When i'm second thoughts i keep thinking why call it soup why can't we call it a shorba well you let me know in the comment section whether you prefer the word soup or sorba.
Let' begin tomato sorba.
First you need some ingredients as followed.
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1. Tomatoes(1/2kg)
2. Ginger(5gm)
3. Garlic(5gm)
4. Clove(2gm)
5. Green cardamon(2gm)
6. Cinamon stick(1 stick)
7. Bay leaf (2 nos)
8. Cumin seed(5gm)
9. Oil(50ml)
10. Green chilli(2 nos)
11. Salt( to taste)

Tomato sorba recipe or cooking method.
1) Wash and dice tomato.
2) Chop ginger, garlic and green chilli.
3) Heat pot with oil add tomato sauté well add chop ginger, garlic, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, cardamon and clove, bay leaf
4) Add 1 liters water
5) Simmer for 15 minutes.
6) Blend mixture or strain well.
7) Heat oil in pan, add cumin seed wait until it cracks.
8) Now add strained tomato add season well
9) Bring to boil for few minutes.
