Khasi ko masu one of the favorite nepali food. Khasi ko masu is very yummy and wonderful to eat. Khasi ko masu also called mutton fry or gravy. Khasi ko masu more expensive comparison to chicken meat. Khasi ko masu more hard then chicken but this khasi ko masu more yummy then chicken.
If you are interested to make this recipe you need some ingredients as followed:

1. Khasi ko masu(1kg)
2. Chopped onion(100gm)
3. G&G paste(20gm)
4. Chopped Green chili(5gm)
5. Cumin powder(10gm)
6. Turmeric powder(5gm)
7. Coriander powder(10gm)
8. Mixed gram masala(10gm)
9. Mustard oil(60ml)
10. Clove, cinnamon, bay leaf(2-4piece)
11. Salt(pinch)
12. Coriander leaf(garnish)

Method of cooking
1) Clean mutton, cut into even sized dices. Combine with little mustard oil, turmeric, cumin, chili, coriander powder salt in a bowl keep a side for marinating.
2) Heat remaining oil in thick bottomed pan, add cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf and fry for few seconds.
3) Add onion, fry to light brown, transfer the marinated mutton to the pan, and stir well, shallow fry to brown.
4) Add garlic, ginger, and mix well, add little water cover with lid and cook in slow heat until cooked.
5) Add water to moisten if required. Sprinkle garam masala powder corrects the seasoning, stir.
Garnish with coriander leaf.
