How to make buff choila | Buff choila recipe


Buff choila 

Buff choila is a non veg food eaten in nepal. It origin in nepal by newari community. Choila is a spacialy newari food. It is the most popular food in nepal. Today i teach you how to make choila at home.

(Buff meat chunks roasted over open fire and turned in spicy starter) 

Let's get start:


First you need some ingredients as followed:

S. N.             Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                    Buff(500gm) 

2.                    Green chilli(30gm) 

3.                    Coriader leaf(30gm) 

4.                    Garlic(15gm) 

5.                    Oil(40ml) 

6.                    Salt(to taste) 

7.                    Chilly powder(50gm) 

8.                    Tumeric(10gm) 

9.                    Fenugreek seed(5gm) 



Cooking method of buff choila

1) Wash the buff and cut into 1/2 inch chop. 

2) Chop green chilli, coriander, slice garlic. 

3) Seal buff on hot pan. 

4) Remove from heat and cut into dice. 

5) In bowl mix marinade meat with chilli, garlic, salt and mix well. 

6) Crackle fenugreek seed in pan, add turmeric and mix well in meat mix. 

7) choyla us ready, garnish with coriander leaf.
