Cooking Method Of Chicken In Red Wine & Buttered Rice

This recipe is based on the French classic. It is a warm and hearty meal for cold winter nights.this dishes served as a main course in hotel. 


First you need to some ingredients as followed. if you went to cook at home itself. 


 S.n     Ingredients             Quantity

1.      Roasting chicken          800gm

2.      Onion/Garlic                  100gm

3.       Butter                              50gm

4.       Oil                                    30ml

5.       Celery                              30gm

6.       Rosemary                        5gm

7.       Flour                               10gm

8.       Bay leaf                           4nos

9.       Red wine                        300ml

10.     Chicken stock.                50ml

11.     Tomato puree                 30ml

12.     Corn flour                        5gm

13.     Mushroom                      50gm

Method Of Cooking

1) Cut the chicken as for saute size. 

2) Marinade chicken with oil, garlic, rosemary, bay leaf, salt and pepper. 

3) Heat oil on a frying pan add the chicken and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown transfer to a plate. 

4) Add mushroom, onion, celery on the same pan fry it until brown. 

5) Return chicken to the pan add stock simmer for 20-25 minute, add red wine, tomato puree, corn flour cook till done. 

and then your dishes is ready



Buttered rice


Buttered Rice(Buree Riz) 


First you need some ingredients as followed. 

S.n.     Ingredients.           Quantity 

1.         Rice long grain        400gm

2.         Butter                         40gm

3.         Salt                               5gm


Method Of Cooking 


1) Boil the rice in a large pan each grain of rice should be separate 

2) Strain on a colander and keep on side. 

3) Heat butter on a pan add rice and salt cook for one minute and serve hot.
