Tomato sorba or tamatar sorba:


(Thin passed tomato soup) 

This tomato sorba is a one of the popular indian dishes. It origin from india. This tomato made from different ingredients. This tomato sorba is one of the simplest sorba or soup you can ever make and because it has these nice wonderful warming properties this winter you must make it for family. 


Today i'm wanna talk to make a nice warming hot and piping tomato sorba. When i'm second thoughts i keep thinking why call it soup why can't we call it a shorba well you let me know in the comment section whether you prefer the word soup or sorba. 


Let' begin tomato sorba. 

First you need some ingredients as followed. 

S. N.           Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                  Tomatoes(1/2kg) 

2.                  Ginger(5gm) 

3.                  Garlic(5gm) 

4.                  Clove(2gm) 

5.                  Green cardamon(2gm) 

6.                  Cinamon stick(1 stick) 

7.                  Bay leaf (2 nos) 

8.                  Cumin seed(5gm) 

9.                  Oil(50ml) 

10.                Green chilli(2 nos) 

11.                Salt( to taste) 



Tomato sorba


Tomato sorba recipe or cooking method. 

1) Wash and dice tomato. 

2) Chop ginger, garlic and green chilli. 

3) Heat pot with oil add tomato sauté well add chop ginger, garlic, garlic, chilli, cinnamon, cardamon and clove, bay leaf

4) Add 1 liters water

5) Simmer for 15 minutes. 

6) Blend mixture or strain well. 

7) Heat oil in pan, add cumin seed wait until it cracks. 

8) Now add strained tomato add season well

9) Bring to boil for few minutes. 


And your dishes tomato sorba or tamatar shorba or tomato  soup is ready to eat.

Cooking Method Of Cream Of Tomato Soup


Cream of tomato soup

Cream Of Tomato Soup(crème de tomates) 

Cream of tomato soup is actually cooked at a much lower temperature than normal tomato soup. Cream of soup, tomato included is pured like a normal soup but then goes through a 'creaming' process, wherein cream is added to the mixture. 

(Puree soup of tomato garnished with cream) 

Nepali recipe

First you need some ingredients as follow. If you made it. 

S. N.              Ingredients/Quantity 

1.                    Onion(100gm) 

2.                     Garlic(5gm) 

3.                    Tomato chopped(800gm) 

4.                    Tomato puree(200ml) 

5.                    Sugar(10gm) 

6.                    Bay leaf(3 leafs) 

7.                    Vegetables stock(800ml) 

8.                    Salt/pepper(to taste) 

9.                    Cream(30ml) 

10.                  Basil leafs(5gm) 

11.                  Oil(20ml)

Cooking method

1) Heat oil on a pan and add onion garlic, saute for a minute. nepali recipe

2) Add chopped tomato, tomato puree, stock, bay leafs simmer for 20 minute. 

3) Strain and re heat add seasoning. 

4) Garnish with cream and basil leafs.

Cooking method of Minestrone soup & Chicken a'la Kiev

Minestrone soup(pootage minestrone) 


 Minestrone soup is a thick soup of Italian origin made with vegetables, often with the addition of pasta or rice, sometimes both.

First you need some ingredients as followed to make minestrone soup. 

S.n.       Ingredients 

1.           Onion(30gm) 

2.           Carrot(60gm) 

3.           Celery(40gm) 

4.           Garlic(5gm) 

5.           Potato(100gm) 

6.           Tomato puree(50ml) 

7.           Chopped tomato(200gm) 

8.           Peas(50gm) 

9.           Spaghetti(140gm) 

10.         Cabbage(100gm) 

11.         Beans(100gm) 

12.         Capsicum(60gm) 

13.         Bread, croutons(4slice) 

14.         Salt/pepper(to taste) 

15.          Vegetable stock(1500ml) 

16.          Parmesan grated(10gm) 

17.          Parsley(5gm) 

18.          Olive oil(20ml) 



Method of Cooking

1) Wash peel and cut all the vegetables in to paysenne. Chop onion, garlic. 

2) Heat oil on a pan add onion, garlic, celery saute for a minute, add potato beans, capsicum, carrot, add stock bring to boil. 

3) Add broken spaghetti, tomato, tomato puree salt and pepper, and cabbage. 

4) Cook till done. Garnish with parsley and bread croutons, serve parmesan on side.

Chicken a'la kiev(poulet a la kiev) 


A Russian chef invented Chicken Kiev in the early 1800s. Kiev is the capital of Ukraine but Chicken Kiev did not get its name from there. Chicken Kiev got its name when it was marketed for Russian restaurants in Europe and America


First you need some ingredients as followed to make Chicken a'la kiev. 

S.N.            Ingredients

1.                Chicken breast(800gm) 

2.                Egg(1nos) 

3.                Salt/pepper(To taste) 

4.                Bread crumb(200gm) 

5.                Onion(50gm) 

6.                Parsley(20gm) 

7.                Butter(50gm) 

8.                Oil(200ml)

Method of Cooking

1) Clean chicken breast slit in between and make flat. 

2) Prepare parsley butter and fill in to the breast and seal the edge. 

3) Deep chicken in to beaten egg and roll in bread crumb. Give rest minimum 30 minutes. 

4) Heat oil on a pan deep fry chicken till crisp golden color. 

5) Serve with mashed potato and saute legumes.

Cooking Method Of French Onion Soup

First you need some ingredients as followed 









1.Onion (600)gm

2.Butter (25)gm

3.Flour (10)gm

4.Brown Stock (1)lit

5.Salt/pepper (to taste) 

6.French Bread (4)pcs. 

7.Grated cheese (50)gm

Method Of Cooking 

1) Slice onion finely. 

2) Melt butter on a thick bottomed pan add onion fry till golden brown. 

3) Add flour and cook till brown. 

4) Add stock and bring to boil. 

5) Add seasoning. 

6) Cut French bread 2cm slice and toast it, place on the top of the soup add cheese and gratin ate the cheese under salamander and serve hot.

European culture eat any food as a three different leyar first appetizer, second main course and third or last one is a dessert. They eat like a king style. They include and vitamin, protein, and other. They eat healthy food at all time. 
They do not eat only one food at a single time. They eat all food what our body need. 
It is there culture. I am from Asian  but i really like european culture because they way of eating or other thing are great. My own opinion is i really like and respect there culture or traditional culture.
